The rooms are comfortable, clean and handy. Best in price. Excellent location: train station 3 min (Cinque Terra, Pisa), supermarket 2 min, historical center with restaurants 5 min. Good access by car and parking in the gate next door. The host of the property is probably the most kind-hearted man in Spezia: he has advice, hints and solutions for every situation.
Very nice and clean room, owner was friendly. Location so close to the train station is ideal for visiting cinque terre. Saw some complaints about train noise before booking, but i didnt mind it even though i sleep quite light.
The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and very easy to work with, he made the whole experience seamless. The location was the main reason we booked the room but would go again for the service and the quality of the room for the price. Highly recommended
Best location 5 minutes from the station and everything else is so close by!!! Andrea is the kindest and assisted with the check in process that was seamless. Good and clean facilities!!!! Would recommend!!
The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of La Spezia, close to the train station (about 5 minutes walk). The train station is just one stop away from the beautiful Cinque Terre.
Also, if you have a car, you can ask the owner to pay for a parking space, which is close to the apartment.
The apartment is small but modern and really clean.
We would recommend it for a visit to Cinque Terre and Porto Venere.

A fabulous find on booking.com. Just a 5 min walk from the station. We received a very friendly helpful welcome and even carried our bags upstairs. We got a free upgrade to a room with large private terrace. Great clean comfy room, fab shower!
